There is no point,
What ever you give you cannot satisfy them.
This is conveyed to management as well
So there is no point in supplying with rquirements since those will increase,
But the satisfaction levels wont reach.
Funny thing is that, they talk about
Continious improvement
As an important aspect and easy impose on others.
If people can be satisfied
Then there wont be any thing to Talk about continival improvement
