නිදහස

කවුලුවෙන් එහා කෘතීම වනන්තරය, වෘත්තීය පීඩනය යටපත් කරන්න මනෝවිකාර දොඩවන ඔස්තාද්ලගෙ අදහස්. 

කෝ මිනිස්සුන්ට නිදහස, 

දැල් දැම්මෙ නැතිඋනාට,  AC දාල, වටේට වීදුරු ගහල ළඟටම තේ එක ගෙනත් දීල නැති කරල තියන නිදහස, කෘතීම වනාන්තර දිහා බලල ඇහැට සැපක් දීල පිරිමහ ගන්න පුළුවන් ද? 

නැති කරල තියෙන්නේ කායික නිදහස  ( mobility  restriction) විතරක් නෙවෙයි. විවිධාකාර මානයන් ගෙන් මානසික නිදහස නැත්තටම නැති කරල දානවට වඩා බැරෑරුම් විදිහට නිදහසේ පාලනය වෙනත් පුද්ගලයෙක් නැතිනම් පුද්ගල කණ්ඩායමක් විසින් ඉතා සූක්ෂමව අත්පත් කරගෙන. 

ඒක හරිම ලේසියෙන් අපි work stress කියල මග හරින තැනට නොදැනුවත්වම brainwash කරල ඉවරයි. නිදහස මොකද්ද ඒක ඕනෙද කියල හැඟීමක් දැනීමක් හෝ සිතුවිල්ලක් වත් එනවද කියන එක ප්‍රශ්නාර්තයක්? 

නිදහස් වෘත්තිය පරිසරයක නිදහසේ කාර්‍ය්ය කිරීම වගේම බාදා කිරීම අවම වෙන්න ඕනෙ . නිදහස් චින්තනයට පාර ඇරල තියෙනවා වගේම ඒකෙ එළියට එන ප්‍රතිඵල වගේම අදහස් කරලියට එන්න මගපාදන්න පුළුවන් වාතාවරණයක් තියෙන්න ඕනෙ. ඒක කරන්න නිදහස්

මනසක් අවශ්‍ය වෙනව. 

එහෙම නොවෙන්නෙ ඔය නිදහස පෙබරවාරි 4 ට සීමා උන වෙළඳ නිවාඩු දිනයක් විතරයි.

සාර්ථකත්වයේ නිදහස

සම්මත දර්ශකයන් පුද්ගල අදහස් බහුතරයක් පැවතියත් සාර්ථකත්වය හරිම සාපේක්ෂ තත්වයක්,  ඒහෙත් පුහු ආටෝපයන්  හෝ බාහිර අදහස්  නිසා සැබෑ සාර්ථකත්වයට තම චිත්තසන්තානයෙන් ම නිසි ඇගයීමක් නොලැබීම සාර්ථකත්වය හඳුනා ගැනීමත් එය විඳීමටත් ඇති ප්‍රධාන බාදකයක්.  

නිදහසේ සාර්ථකත්වය විඳීමටත් එහි ඵළ නෙලා ගැනීමත් ඇති මෙකී බාධක  ඉවත් කල විට ස්වකීය සාර්ථකත්වයන් ඉතා පහසුවෙන් ලඟා කරගැනීමට හැකිවනු ඇත. 

මුලින් කල යුත්තේ නිදහස අර්ථකථනය කර ගැනීමයි, සාර්ථකත්වයේදී පුද්ගලික නිදහස ඉතා වැදගත් සංඝටකයක්. ඉලක්ක නිශ්චය කිරීම තීරණ ගැනීම මෙන්ම ප්‍රතිඵලයන් හි සාදනීය තත්වය තම අභිප්‍රාය අනුව නිර්ණය කරගැනීමට නිදහස මහෝපකාරී වනු ඇත.

එවිට බාහිර නිර්ණායක ඉතා අඩුවෙන් තමාගේ සාර්ථකත්වයේ මිම්මට අසුවනු ඇත. 

මේ නිදහස බාහිර කරුණු හා නිර්ණායක වෙතත් එක සේ යොමු කිරීම වැදගත්. සාර්ථකත්වය සඳහා අධ්‍යාපනය සිදුවන්නේ එවිටයි. අලුත් අදහස්, ක්‍රමවිධි, උපක්‍රම self freedom, නිදහස් චින්තනයට තවත් දොටටු විවෘත කරනු ඇත.

මේ ප්‍රකාශය තාර්කිකව හා සාරධර්ම අනුකූලව ඉතා නිවැරැදි බවක් පිළිඹිබු කරනවා. මෙවැනි ප්‍රබුද්ධ නිවේදන පිටුපස සත්‍ය කතාව හුදී ජනතාව නොදන්නා නිසා සිදුවෙමින් පවතින ව්‍යසනය ජනතාවගෙන් වසන් කර තබන ආකාරයක් තමයි පෙනෙන්න තියෙන්නෙ.

උපකුලපතිවරුන් පත්කිරීම සම්පූර්ණයෙන් දේශපාලනීකරණය වෙලා කියන කාරණයත් එසේ එන්නවුන් බහුතරයක් ඉත්තන් බවත් කැම්පස් සම්භන්දව බද්ද වෛරයකින් සිටින ඈයො නොදනී.

ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදයේ මූලික සංකල්පයක් වන freedom of association අමුඅමුවේම තර්ජනයට ලක්කරන අදහස දෙවෙනි කොටසේ සඳහන්. 

ඊලඟට කුමක්ද? ජනතාවටත්  ඔය සැන්තැන්සියම තමයි, තියන දේ කාල හාන්සි වෙන්න තියෙන්නේ. 

විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ආචාර්ය සංගමේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් මින් සාකච්ඡා කෙරෙන්නෙ නෑ 

ඒත් ඒ අය එවැනි තැනකට යන්නෙ ඇයි කියල බලන්න ඕනෙ 

ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදී රටක ජනතාවගේ මූලික අයිතිවාසිකම් උල්ලංඝනය වීම සාකච්ඡාවට භාජනය වෙන්න ඕනෙ 

ජනතාවගේ මූලික අවශ්‍යතා සපුරා ගැනීම ගැන කතාකරන්න වගේම ඒක ප්‍රධාන අංගයක් වෙන්න ඕනෙ

පාර දිගේ නොපෙනී ගිය අමරෙ ආයෙත් හැරෙන තැපෑලෙන් කඩුල්ල පැනගෙන ගෙට ගොඩ උනා.

 පිටත් උනු වෙලා පටන් උළුවස්සට හේත්තු වෙලා උන්නු බිසෝ මැණිකාට ඇයි කියා අසාගන්නත් පෙර,

තං ගැටේ මිරිකාගෙන අමරෙ ගේ ඇතුලට ගියා. 

තත්පර කීපයක් වික්ශිප්තව සිටි බිසෝ මැණිකාට තන පුඩුවෙන් විදුලි සැර වැදී ඇඟ හිරි වැටී කිලිපොලා යනවා දැනුනි.

තට්ටම රත් වන්නට ඇඟිලි පහේම සළකුණු වැටෙන්න සැර පහරක් ගසා අමතක වූ කුඩය රැගෙන අමරේ කඩුල්ල පැන්නේය. 

ඉඟෙන් පහල් පණ නැති වූ ඕ උළුවස්ස අල්ලාගෙන බිම හිඳගත්තාය. 

One Day - 2011

 The Movie "One Day" came on to the plate few days back after buy a popup comment. 

I m not quite sure if this a review or a confession. 

mostly with in this short note, I would focus on my feeling and points of important just as a viewer. 

start- 15th July 2006

girl in a swimming pool, then rides a bike. very light start. time line reverse back to 15th July 2022. 

actually I needed a calculator to find it 18 years ( silly me) then it was even darker visual. 

heart broken yet rather unusual but great to see how they share the physical contact in a very intimate setup is very beautifully presented. 

subsequent years pass by with some with insignificant detail but some with important matters in life. for me it was bit lengthy incidents having it captured in long period of time span, same was felt in having spent more than three quarter of movie time coming back to where the present time. 

the accident was shocking. it did really wake me up from dull feeling. actually had to rewind the clip back to see what happened on screen. this is the turning point of the entire story, next few chapters limited to last 15 minutes of screening carried the total weight of EM! 

Absence of Em keeps the viewer bounded to the creation without any doubt 

influential points of the end are 

"live life as if Emma is still here" 

"What ever happens Tomorrow, we have had today"

a father, after all changes Dex return with His Daughter leaving us to live with the memory of Em in the daughter of Dex but a different mother

Let's consider if the people struggle and the demonstrations are by a fraction of the population, then there is no reason for the past president to step-down or the prime Minister to step-down at the first place. Which indicates there is a considerable population behind the entire demonstration and it created sufficient enough pressure among the ruling party and the parliament to act on the necessary reforms. 

As far as the development on the people demonstrations it's not complete yet 

So the key things the political setup need to address is the fulfillment of the basic demands and requirements by the demonstration as well as to facilitate the long pending reforms for the entire political setup to stabilize the political situation. Most of the age old grandfather's of the parliament may have to retire from politics and open the door to young blood, having said that this would need an immediate election 

Next is main issue with present administration and the parliament setup is such that people have no confidence and distrust on any of the steps taken. This visious chain has to be broken, one is by being open and taking necessary actions against all forms of corruption as well as taking action at correct the issues facing by the public 

Finally the public shall be relived from the burden and shall not insert further more stress 

These are not my own personal views but what I summarized based on the some discussions and lectures
